The priority of the week is insulation in our travel trailer. I’m learning as I go… Including now redoing some of what I did so that the wall panel fits. Go figure.

I’m taking time to do a task I’d rather do myself than give to a machine: wash the car. And it’s a dark-colored car so that doesn’t help especially with unpredictable weather. I’m sure this act will cause rain.

Another new car to add to the list. It’s the not-as-huge-as-a-Tundra Tacoma This feels bignm though, and I’m okay with it for the sake of helping a friend move. But I sure am glad not to have to feed this thing. A half-tank cost $41… *gulp*

That’s a bright blue seat! After another exceptionally long day, I’m finally on my way home. And excitedly so. I also walked by the new buildings on Block 37 and it looks as though, in a few months, it’ll finally be done.

Back to the airport after a strange traffic jam — 8″ of water over the road and SUV are lost. Ironic. Our flight’s delayed an hour due to weather in Phoenix so it’s nap time.

We just spent the day in Suburbia with E’s family for the Fourth. I haven’t done a family event for the fourth in I don’t know how long. This one is special because E’s parents will be staying with us, our first proper house guests.

My first morning off in ages I decided to (a usual) be running all over doing errands but stop to get a proper breakfast at the local diner. I love Johnny’s Grill.

On my way to work I take a small detour through Fulton Market to pick up a cd of photo selects of some work for the Arts & Business Council. I love being back on my bike.
